2 large bags chopped broccoli
1 onion chopped fine
1 can cream of mushroom
1 pound Velveeta
1/2 cup half & half
1 box club crackers (use ½ box)
1T butter (maybe more)
In one pan cook broccoli until tender. In other pan melt soup, half and half, chopped onion and cheese.
In the 9 x 13 pan spread broccoli in the bottom, pour sauce over it.
Melt butter and brown crackers in it.
(May need more butter)
Cook at 350° for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
