2 lbs hamburger
1 tsp. salt
½ lb sausage
pepper to taste
8 oz lasagna noodles
2 cans cream of mushroom
1 lb mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
1 10oz chopped spinach
Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Cook noodles as directed on package. Brown hamburger and sausage together. Drain excess fat. Cook spinach and drain excess water. Mix spinach with meats, add salt, pepper, oregano and Worcestershire to meat.
In a 9x13 pan Layer starting with noodles, meat, cheese, repeat 3 times.
Mix 2 cans cream of mushroom with one soup can of milk. Pour over lasagna lifting layers so that the soup reaches all three layers. Pour tomato sauce on top spreading it around. (I only use ½ -2/3 can of tomato sauce) Then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 45 min to an hour on 350 until bubbly.
