3 cups onions chopped
1/4 cup butter
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups beef broth
1/4 cup grape juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Saute onions in butter until golden brown. Add chicken broth, beef broth and grape juice. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve with toasted bread and mozzarella cheese.
