28 oz Shredded Potatoes
mix the following ingredients together and spread over potatoes:
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
¼ c. melted butter
1 cup sour cream
1/3 c. chopped green onion
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Topping:
Melt 2 T. butter and combine with ½ cup cornflake crumbs. Sprinkle over top.
Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
