26 oz. Hash browns
1/3 cup dried onions
1/2 cup margarine
16 oz. Sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Melt butter in sauce pan on the stove. Add chicken soup and mix. Add sour cream and mix. Add cheese and mix until melted. Mix into the potatoes. Spread into 9X13 pan. Crush corn flakes and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes.
