1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4-8 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon margarine/butter (melted)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine soup, sour cream, onions, pepper, cheese, butter and potatoes. (While you are slicing the potatoes put them in the mixture right away so they don't turn brown.) Mix everything together and pour into a 13"x9"x2" baking dish. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until fork tender.
Crockpot: Follow instructions and cook for 8 hours on low
