1.5 TBSP. olive oil
1/3 cup of chopped onions.
Cook on medium-high temperature for 5-8 min. then add:
1 4oz. can of chopped green chiles
1 cup of chicken broth.
1 tsp. of garlic powder
½ tsp. of ground red pepper
1 tsp. ground cumin
½ tsp. oregano leaves
Simmer for 15-20 min. then add:
2 cans of white kidney beans (not drained)
chopped fresh cilantro (to your liking)
Simmer for another 10 min. – done!
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
