1 1/3 cup uncooked spiral pasta *
1 cup cubed cooked chicken breast
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup dried cranberries**
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup poppy seed salad dressing***
Cook pasta according to directions, let cool. Mix all ingredients together and chill 1-2 hours before serving.
* I used bowtie pasta, it's what I had
** I have made this with red grapes instead of cranberries.
*** Kraft poppy seed dressing is a bit tangier than Litehouse which is sweeter. I'm not sure which one I prefer, they are both good options. (Kraft it cheaper)
